1、整體設(shè)計

根據(jù)想要制作的飛機類型、大小、材質(zhì)等進(jìn)行初步構(gòu)思,構(gòu)思設(shè)計需要考慮多方面的因素,包括翼型、機翼的面積、機翼安裝角、位置、機身長度、方向舵的面積、升降舵面積、起落架、發(fā)動機等方面。構(gòu)思好后,制作小型實物模型或者三維電腦圖,三維電腦圖可以確定每個部件的形狀和位置。

2、圖紙部分加工

設(shè)計好航模各部分圖紙后,就可以開始按照圖紙加工零件了,有激光切割機的可以自行加工,沒有的也可以找別人加工。

根據(jù)加工好的結(jié)構(gòu)部件進(jìn)行組裝,此過程比較看經(jīng)驗,組裝時一定要小心,組裝加工好后進(jìn)行蒙皮操作,蒙皮為熱縮蒙皮,遇熱會收縮,且內(nèi)面有膠水,可自行粘接在模型材料表面。
Assemble the processed structural components based on experience, and be careful during assembly. After assembly and processing, perform skinning operations. The skinning is a heat shrinkable skin that shrinks when exposed to heat and has adhesive on the inner surface, which can be self bonded to the surface of the model material.
4、調(diào)試飛行

組裝好后還需要調(diào)試,調(diào)試內(nèi)容包括舵面角度、靈活度、俯仰特性、動力曲線、響應(yīng)曲線等,調(diào)試完成一切正常后就可以正式“服役”了。

1、初學(xué)者制作航模建議不要一上來就直接純手工打造,可以考慮買速成套裝,入模時間很快,需要自己學(xué)習(xí),自己交流、找資料,等到有足夠經(jīng)驗后再自己手工打造比較好。
